This "true education" starts with the character of its' educators. We’re always pushing ourselves to stay ahead of the curve and striving to perfect our programs. Meet some of our incredible leaders below.


Anne Yarema

Founder/President/Executive Director

Anne is a 1999 graduate of Baldwin Wallace College with a degree in Elementary Education and a Masters degree in Literacy and Curriculum through Lesley University. She has over 15 years of teaching experience in both public and private education and had previously been running a successful tutoring business, Ultimate Academics, for seven years. After much thought, and a drive to create social change and have a larger effect on the lives of children in her community, she decided to begin this new journey and found a nonprofit.

Anne has two beautiful children, and just celebrated 15 years with her husband, Steve.  She enjoys coaching her daughter's soccer team and playing guitar (badly).


Lynn Metzger

Vice President/Reading Intervention Consultant

Lynn graduated in 2004 from Cleveland State University with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education. Lynn is also a Level 1 Wilson Certified Dyslexia Practitioner and has a K-12 Reading Endorsement. Lynn has a great deal of experience working with students of various academic abilities, ages, and behaviors in both the regular and special education classrooms, and she has a passion for helping students who are struggling with reading, phonics, comprehension, and writing. 
Lynn has 3 amazing children and a wonderful husband, and enjoys hiking, yoga, reading, and gardening in her free time.


Laura Garcia


Laura is a graduate of Cleveland State University. She earned her Bachelors Degree and wanted to continue her education. She then received her second degree from The Art Institute of Dallas. She’s also certified in Multimedia Advertising. Laura is currently the Assistant Director of Hobby Horse Preschool. 
Shes been married to her husband, Justin for the last 12 years. They have three amazing kiddos. One son and two daughters. They also have a kitten, Myles and a mini Australian Shepard, Piper. 


Lisa Siscar


Lisa earned her Associate's Degree in Child Development and her Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Cleveland State University. She has worked in childcare for over 15 years as a preschool teacher. Lisa has been married to her husband, Russ, for 15 years and have two wonderful children.


Amanda Rossi

Change Agents Initiative Director, Tutor

I am a graduate of Kent State University, and am certified in grades 4-9. I spent five years as a Title 1 tutor in Streetsboro, where I also taught 6th grade Social Studies and Science. I then joined the staff at Chippewa Middle School where I tutored for two years and then taught 7th grade Social Studies for two years. In 2018, I made the decision to stay home and care for my growing family while still tutoring for Full Spectrum. I have worked as a tutor for Anne for 8 years. I live in Wadsworth with my husband, our two amazing little boys, and our two pups.


Kitrael Chin

Music Director

Kitrael Chin is the President, Director and Founder of Hearts For Music, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of British Columbia, Canada and a degree in Music Therapy from Shenandoah University in Virginia, USA. In addition to being a professional Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) with over 17 years of clinical experience, he has a specialty certificate in Hospice and Palliative Care Music Therapy from the New York Center for End-of-Life Care (HPMT).
Over the years, Kitrael has been blessed with the joy and privilege of working with many kids and young adults displaying a wide range of disabilities ranging from mild to severe MRDD to cerebral palsy and Autism. Kitrael lives in Mantua with one very patient wife, two moody teenagers, and one fat cat. Kitrael has been and continues to be the pianist and worship leader at Hilltop Christian Church in Mantua, Ohio since 2008. Kitrael Chin is the creator and owner of Musical Fingers LLC, a N.E. Ohio Music Therapy and Music Education company. In his spare time, he is an avid snowboarder and is the proud professional keyboardist for First Snow Trans-Siberian Orchestra Tribute Band.


Deidre Bullock

ACT/SAT Director

Deidre Bullock is the ACT/SAT Program Director for Full Student Student Services. She is a certified 7th to 12th grade teacher who brings with her over 25 years of teaching experience. For over 20 years, Deidre worked as a private ACT/SAT tutor before joining our team in 2016 and developing our Test Prep Program. Building a rapport with her students, having extensive knowledge of the content, and being skilled in teaching both content and strategies, allows each student to reach his/her potential. When Deidre is not tutoring, she can be found teaching at Akron Preparatory School, relaxing with her animals, or enjoying time with friends.


Brittany Jackson


Brittany L. Jackson, M.A., is the Online Learning Manager in Learning Technologies at Hiram College. She received her B.A. in theatre and communication and her Master of Arts in interdisciplinary studies with a focus in education and psychology, specifically autism in higher education, from Hiram College. She has a certificate in autism spectrum disorders from Kent State University. She is currently pursuing her Ed.D. in educational leadership studies from Ashland University with a focus on Autism in higher education.


Nick Hirsch


Dr. Nick Hirsch is an Associate Professor of Biology at Hiram College, where he has taught for twelve years. Before that he was a researcher at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston. He received his PhD in Developmental Neurobiology from the University of California, San Diego in 1996, and he received a BA in Biology and Political Science from the University of Chicago in 1988. He lives in Aurora with an ever-increasing number of children, cats, and dogs. When he isn't teaching, he enjoys cooking, hiking, and fixing things (although they somehow almost always end up more broken).


Shannon Fife


Shannon has been teaching for over fifteen years and currently works at Akron Preparatory School as an intervention specialist. She loves teaching and is in the process of getting her Masters in School Counseling. She loves Mickey Mouse, rainbows, confetti, just about anything Disney, and collects dolphins and bears. Shannon loves her Indians and Ohio State Buckeyes!

Kelly Clark


Kelly earned a BA in Interdisciplinary from Western Governors University and is certified to teach in grades PreK-5. She has experience in student intervention, science education programming, and youth theatre. She currently is a Preferred Substitute Teacher for four local school districts and is also the Artistic Director for the Revere Lamplighters Youth Performance Guild in Richfield.
